Last winter holidays were the worst in my whole life. And all because winter tyres. It was something strange about this winter. We decided to head to the coast. Of course it supposed to be a sunny winter with no snow and rather with long walks on a beach and playing golf and things like that. We spent a great time with my family and we did everything that we planned to do. So a perfect holidays you can say. But there was something horrible at the very end of those holidays waiting for us. And it was snow. The day when we were going back home snow started to fall. And it was even creepy as there was no snow in this region since two hundreds years or more. Anyway the roads were covered in snow and I had no winter tyres with me. I simply did not need them since we were spending holidays in a worm place. So we were driving back home on regular tyres and believe me or not but the journey was longer two times comparing to the time when the road was not covered with snow. It was a long journey and I was so tired. And all those cars that had winter tyres were trying to overtake us. I swear that I will always have winter tyres in the trunk. And I do not care if it is California or Alaska where I am going. I do not want go through it one more time. Not mentioning how dangerous it was driving back home on regular tyres.
